Terms and Conditions for Winchester Raw Store

We aim for everyone who uses our website and service to have a positive experience. We do have some terms and conditions that you may want to read whilst purchasing one of our dog food products. 


The products


We cannot claim that there will be any benefits to your dog from these products and we cannot offer refunds or returns if the goods you have purchased from us do not have the desired effect. 



Purchase and delivery


Once you order and pay for your product(s), you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a follow-up email stating your order has been processed and your delivery or collection slot has been accepted. 


The binding contract exists once this follow-up email has been sent. You will then not be able to cancel your order as your goods will have already been ordered and shipped. 


Winchester Raw Store (WRS) refuses the rights to accept an order, and can restrict any purchases at our own discretion. We may also change or discontinue any of our products at any times, without notice, and without contacting the customer, or any other third party. Please check items every time you make an order. 


Payment for all products must be made through our website by credit or debit card, or PayPal.  WRS will of course, not disclose any customer information given to us to any other parties. The information will remain in our Shopify website that only Winchester Raw Store has access to, and will be deleted once your order has been completed. 


Other personal details such as name, address (if asking for delivery) and email contact are also required. WRS will not disclose these details to any third party(ies) and will destroy the address details after delivery.


We may ask to contact by email for marketing or promotional reasons. Please inform us if you prefer us not to. 


WRS will deliver the products you have chosen to the delivery address stated in your order. Please expect 2 to 3 days for delivery, and when ordering please allow for this timescale in your time slot choice.  Your order delivery may be extended over holiday or busy periods. 


WRS will have your order ready for your collection date. If you cannot make the collection slot, please try and give us 48 hours notice by email or telephone. That way we can open the slot to another order. Failure to give this notice could result in an additional charge. 


We cannot take responsibility for delivery times or custom fees, delays or issues of the products from our suppliers. We will however, contact you to inform you of this and deliver or allow collection at the nearest convenient time. 


Please note, unless stated otherwise, the dates and times for delivery and collection on the website will not change and requests for other times and dates will not be possible.  

 

Delivery Info

We deliver to SO22, SO23, SO24, SO20, SO21

Standard delivery charge is £3 for all orders

For local delivery SO22 and SO23 delivery is free for all orders over £20

We deliver on the following days:

Tuesday - SO22, 23, 24, 20

Thursday - SO22, 23, 21

Returns and Refunds


In the unlikely event that the products you received by you are damaged or defective (and not done so after delivery stage), or do not fit the description on the website at the time of your order, please email us at nat.dickson@hotmail.co.uk and we’ll contact you on how to arrange a full refund or replacement. 


In order to qualify for a refund, WRS must receive the returned product(s) within 14 days of receipt by you. We remain the right to show evidence that the products was not faulty when delivered to you, and can refuse a refund if this is proven.
